Shipping + Exchange Policy
At LIVE A GREAT STORY, we are committed to ensuring your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible! Once you place your order with us online it can take up to 3 business days for your order to be to processed. (Keep in mind that this does not include weekends and holidays.) While we can ALWAYS promise inspiring products, we cannot guarantee delivery times, or control delays caused by the weather or the postal service. If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package has still not arrived, please contact us and we will assist you in the best way we can!
Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class for orders $75+ which means that your order will reach you in 3 to 4 business days from when it leaves our warehouse in Austin, TX. Please note: we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our mail carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame due to circumstances we can't control.
Domestic Exchange
We no longer accept returns, but are happy to accept exchanges.
For full store credit on the purchase price, returns must be received within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.

Click the order for which you want to submit a return and follow the instructions.
If your exchange request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive full store credit for your order.

International Shipping
We love that there are so many people living a great story all over the world! For international customers, we offer shipping by your choice of DHL at an additional charge of $20. Once the package departs the United States, there is an estimated window of 7 - 30 business days for delivery depending on the location. Due to the nature of the shipping method, we unfortunately cannot provide tracking once the shipment leaves the United States

International Returns
Unfortunately, LIVE A GREAT STORY cannot refund international shipping costs in the event an item needs to be returned or exchanged. For a full refund on the original purchase price, returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.
