Covid-19 has thrown a wrench into our operations, just like everyone across the world.
Not only has our production been limited (thankfully not totally shut down) but also major shipping companies have also been affected.
As a result, we're still seeing long fulfillment and shipping delays here at LIVE A GREAT STORY and industry-wide.
Even with all the steps we're taking, it'll take time and patience to bring our fulfillment times back to normal.
The company we use for printing and shipping has hired and trained over 100 new team members (while social distancing and safety measures in place). We've also invested $3.4 million in new printing equipment to help us scale up.
They're partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we're routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently. As of now, we're working with 9 backup facilities and we're looking for more options.
Each of our apparel items is printed as ordered and those are seeing the most delays, up to 21 days.
However our accessories are stored at the warehouse and are shipping within 1-2 days. Accessories are currently the best items for purchase.
I know this is a frustrating time and you are anxiously awaiting your LIVE A GREAT STORY orders but I appreciate your patience and support.
For the most part this is a one-man operation, me 😊, and I seriously can't thank you enough for supporting this vision.
